Patient Access to GP Record

As of Immediate effect all patients are able to view their Summary Care Record and their Full Medical Record in Coded Form on line via the Practice Website upon request. This works in the same way as ordering your prescription or making GP appointments on line. You will be able to see your Full Medical Record in Coded Form and a brief Summary which will include:

  • Recorded Allergies & Sensitivities
  • Acute medication issued in the last 12 months
  • Current repeat medication
  • Past repeat medication discontinued in the last 6 months

Please note that this is not automatically functional even if you have registered to make appointments and order prescriptions on line. You will need to amend your registration at reception bringing with you proof of identity for you to be able to use this new facility.

Please enquire at reception for more details.
