Specialist Nurses

The practice work with a vast team of experienced nurses is all specialities. These include a respiratory, diabetes, heart failure and palliative care nurse.  The community matron is also available for patients who require a lot of support with their illness. These specialised clinicians can assess your physical mental and social care needs to enable you to cope better in the Community.

Mrs Zoe Udall (f)

Zoe joined the practice in January 2015. Prior to this she was employed as a Midwife by Sherwood Forest Hospitals and assigned to Churchside as our practice midwife. Zoe came to us with a wealth of nursing experience ranging from Intensive Care to Midwifery and whilst she has been with us she has developed her knowledge and skills by completing her Practice Nurse Degree in 2016. At present she is studying hard to become and independent prescriber which she will qualify for in 2019.

Mrs Vicky Watts (f)

Vicky worked at the practice from 2016-17 but left due to family reasons. Whilst she has been away she has been working as a practice nurse locum in various practices within the area and has continued to develop her knowledge and skills. We are delighted to welcome her back onto the team and know she will be of great benefit to all our patients and staff.
