Flu Season Vaccinations

Our flu vaccination season has started and runs until the 31^st March 2027.

If you are eligible please contact the practice to book an appointment on 01623 664877.

Eligible patients are;

Over 65 Years of Age & Under 65 Years of Age in a Clinical Risk Group

From 1st october vaccinations are available and we are hosting our cllinic on;

Saturday 3rd October
Wednesday 7th October

The link at the top of this page outlines which cohort of patients you may fall into. 

Children - From 1st September - To be eligible your child must be;

• aged 2-3 years (but not aged less than 2 years or aged four years and or over) on the 31^st August 2026
• patients aged 6 months up to and including 17 years old in a clinical risk group (excluding the people experiencing homlessness risk group)
• patients aged 6 months up to and including 17 years of age with a learning disability
• patients aged 16 and 17 years old in the 'people experiencing homlessness risk group
• For children aged 4 and over there are school vaccination programmes available to you

Pregnant Women

From the 1^st September we are able to administer the flu vaccine to pregnant ladies and this will be incorporated with your midwife appointments which are held here on Wednesdays.  No need to book an appointment, but please ensure you speak with your midwife on the day of your appointment with them.
